The fireplace is on & the whirlpool is warm, so come on by and warm up your winter at SeaLight Yoga! Om Shanti!

Move into Manifestion: A Powerful New Year’s Prana Flow Class, Thursday, January 26th, 6-7:30pm (*new date!)

Ignite your year with this ritual practice dedicated to agni, or sacred fire. We will experience Agni Namaskar, a fire stoking vinyasa flow consisting of core cultivation (plank), inversions and circulatory movements and pranayama that will help ignite your inner brilliance and induce a detoxifying effect that will result in clarity and radiance. We will reserve some time for deep meditation on our sankalpa, or sacred dedication to what we want to manifest. Feel free to bring a journal. This practice can be modified for all levels, including beginners. Cost: $20.

Location: the beautiful, intimate studio upstairs at Ballard Health Center & Wellness Spa, 1138 NW Market St.
